To be honest, BearTM was a bit of a grump, but he was never a big asshole. Back in the IRC chatroom days, he'd kick me a lot for fun, but I probably deserved it. It is a terrible shame that he passed, and I hope his family is doing OK.

IIRC, the FB group was created shortly before Anc bought the board. I think I asked Bear about it once but he said something about being a preacher and avoiding the place for his mental health.
