This is kinda TLDR but please bear with me. IT’s worth it. This story is nuts! My sister in law’s getting a divorce and meets a guy through a plenty of fish back in January. Turns out he's from another state but he just happens to be in her small town so they hook up. Says he from Georgia but just happens to be in a small Iowa town “on assignment.” He tells her he's a private security contractor and pays her 500 dollars a week to hang out with him. She's not really attracted to him but loves the cash. he was living in a Red Roof Inn and the maids kept complaining about all of the guns he left out on the beds. (Allegedly) About a month later he tells her he's going to go away on business for a few months and says he spent the superbowl guarding the head of Pfizer and his family. But when he gets back he's gonna buy her a house that’s listed for 995,000. . You see, he's gonna go to Papa New Guinea this summer and sign his multi million dollar deal that's going to set him up for the rest of his life and they are going to live happily ever after. She’s become absolutely insufferable. I’ve had to block her on social media because all she does is retweet pictures of mansions and 5 karat diamonds. Yesterday he “came back early” from his “assignment.” But now he’s lving in a small town about 70 miles from the small town he was in before. Thursday night I’m meeting this guy. Turns out this will be his and hers first date together without his friend tagging along. I’ve scoured the internet for any trace of him and have found nothing. I’m 100% certain he’s catfishing her. What’s the best way to get to the bottom of this? What are the questions I should ask. He told her he was a police officer and that he recently passed a physical fitness test for the DOD but he’s approximately 300 pounds accorindg to my wife who’s met him already. I’m going to find out the name of the city he was worked for and do that checking. Are there any legit websites that can provide me with accurate info once I know the spelling of his name. Which is funny because when they met he went by Scott but turns out his name is Sam.
Because of my 2 year old niece. She's now been put in that typical white trash trap of mama bringing home guy after guy to be her new daddy. The last guy she dated just did prison time for domestic abuse and weapon charges.
Sure this isn't South Carolina? 'Cause this sounds like my nephew's ex-wife. Well, one of them. The one that's in jail.
Here are a few other nuggets of info I got last night from my mother inlaw *He’s told her that if he ever calls her and tells her to get out of town, to just start driving and wait to be contacted. *A guy on his team was able to pull all of her financial information and knows her banking information along with her personal info , ssn etc… who would be authorized to obtain that and how would you go about it? *Dead family, mom died a year ago, dad died when he was a teenager *estranged from his siblings and their familes and is just a loner.
You are right to have sympathy for her. But no responsibility. No matter how many innocent loved ones get hurt you can't make an adult parent act responsibly
If he is a con man he has no business possessing her social security number. Identity theft is a felony, and possessing someone else's information without their permission is not legal. The only problem is the agency that investigates all of that is the secret service. I have no idea why, but they deal with federal level identity theft investigations. If you have proof he has that information you could try going to the local police and seeing if they want to do anything. Don't be too surprised when they do not give a damn.
Well I contacted the bureau chief for the Iowa Department of Public safety and they do have a person matching his name\dob\description and gave me the name of his company. http://www.onpointsecuritygroup.com/ That makes me breath a tad easier.
wow where to begin? Here are my thoughts, but this narrative is all over the map: 1. he was a cop (at some point) but now is high paid security expert throwing money around? 2. he leaves guns laying around in cheap motels (who is he Hunter S. Thompson?) - granted any maid working at the Red Roof Inn is used to that by now. 3. he just took a DOD physical but for what purpose? To work DOD security? If so that means he'll get paid peanuts to guard gates. BTW these guys are let go at the drop of a hat because the military goes back-and-fort between DOD GS workers and military and contractors constantly in contract negotiations. They can't afford to pay a woman 50 dollars a week to hang out with them! BTW 90+ percent of anyone working for the DOD in any position paying good money is ex-military. Just sayin' 4. as for weighing 300 pounds most local small time security positions don't give a shit about fitness but private security does, for the intimidation factor - if he is 300 pounds of muscle that's about right. 300 pounds of fat and he is a liability. Also if he took a DOD physical to work security he is competing against very fit guys weighing around 200 pounds or so. The physical standards for military blow away civilian cop standards and demolish security guard standards. that said here are the questions that I would ask (and things I would watch for) given my background: 1. is the guy ex-military? Here's how to tell - does he always step off with his left foot first? In other words he gets up out of a chair to walk across the room does he step off and begin walking with his left foot forward 100 percent of the time? If so, that's a dead giveaway he's military. 2. ask him if it's hard to get into the DOD system and what type of job is he trying to get?
I would say off hand that the whole "he is paying me 500 dollars a week to hang out with him" is just complete BS from the sister in law. It sounds like its a story she made up to justify to other people hanging out with this loser.
hmmm........good call! I never thought of that. Maybe both stories are lacking in credibility. This whole thing gets better and better!
If she is your sister in law, are we to assume that she was formerly married your sibling, and is not part of your family now? If so, why do you care? Or is it your wife's sister? If so, why do you care?
shes my wife's little sister, she swears by the 500 in cash for 3 weeks and came home with new clothes, a leather coat and a new Sig Sauer 9mm pistol.
Why do I care? If your sibling came home and said hey i might a guy online who gives me fistfulls of cash and is promising to buy me a mansion and sent the entire family on cruises and vacations, you wouldn't be suspicious? Maybe i should just go along for the ride and see what i can get out of him. ....maybe some new shoes...
If she's enough of a sugar baby to welcome that scenario, even if it is true, I'd say she's pretty hopeless.
fuck me, this needs to be made into a movie, right fucking now. Hollywood wishes they could come up with shit this good.
Well I met him last night and he's a thug Drives an oversized Silverado pickup and a Yukon and a Corvette and says his job pays at 90,000 a year He's a tatted up ignorant Southerner poop twitches and looks around and doesn't look you in the eye when he's explaining things about his job and he's going to Papa New Guinea as part of a team to guard a gold mine and when he's there he's going to sign a multi-million dollar contract with the gold mine that will allow him to retire supposably He said his primary responsibilities are Contracting with the Department of Defense and Homeland Security but he also works Security in Baltimore in Fergus and during the riots apparently And my sister-in-law the entire time all she said was all of the things he was going to buy her and how she was going to quit working as soon as your divorce is final They're both fucking idiots and I'm glad I have to have anything to do with their nonsense
So he works for the DOD and Homeland Security and private security all at the same time? No "conflict of interest" here, no sir! And does he drive all those macho vehicles at the same time? Because that would be totally kick-ass! Anywho here is how the reality plays out: first pic is his real job! Second pic is what he reallty drives! The video clip is him domonstrating his mad martial-art skillz wearing a fedora on a secret "hush-hush" undercover security gig during a riot at a goldmine in Turkmenistan (where the big money is!)
