I've actually been thinking about this for a few minutes while letting coffee percolate through my brain, and here's what I've come up with.

I simply don't think such a forum would have much activity...lots of interest for a week or two and then the novelty would wear off.

Just saying I think I'll go with Flow on this one and say PMs are safest for this kind of thing.

Why am I not not receiving said PMs?

How much do I have to pay you not to send me this PM?

Oh, and I have a whole new outlook on boob threads and this potential forum since I'm getting my groove on regularly. It's all good, baby.

We could always try the forum and get rid of it if it doesn't work.

We could just make it hidden and joinable like Gray and White. So it at least limits it to members seeing stuff and there still is the option of barring anyone who turns creepy.

Not just creepy, but anyone who abuses the privilege...

If this is about Face and the Champagne Room, frankly I don't understand it.

I didn't see any veiled threat at all...he pointed out a legitimate possibility. If Face was inclined to do somehting like that he wouldn't have announced it beforehand.

Honestly, the whole action reeks of leaping on the first excuse to ban Face from the room because he is Face.

Are you having a bout of amnesia? Have you forgotten that while he has been somewhat okay over the last month or so that he's done so many bad things so many times that we've kicked ourselves every single week because we unbanned him.

I say let Face back in... With the stipulation that ANY violation of the trust on his part gets him perma'ed.

I know that. But we did unban him and as such he gets another chance. You taking the first really flimsy excuse to come along only gets sympathy for him and less support for us.

I prefer Listkeeper's method, personally...any breach of trust, given his record, will result in a permaban. It's much cleaner and actually waits for a violation to happen.

I dislike the completely obvious bias apparent in this move. Even I didn't see what he said as a threat, and I am one of the people with the most to worry about.

I still think Face gets far too much consideration. He simply doesn't merit that much credit/blame.
