I think reasonable people would agree that at least some of the police shootings of others were justified, if not the majority of them. If so, referring to them as "stolen" is wrong. (By the same token, hopefully reasonable people would agree that a non-zero number of police shootings range from completely unjustified to avoidable).

I also don't know if the poster was being serious or going for dark humor when talking about being owed police deaths in the line of duty. But either way, to me that's very uncool.
