Cops at what appears to be a mostly black high school graduation ceremony policing their behaviour (dancing etc) and actually manhandling them after they receive their diplomas. Can someone tell me what the fuck is the point of this or why they need a police presence there? There aren’t a million better things those cops can be doing?

The only thing I find wrong with this is the cop did not actually run over that dumb fuck. That fucking guy is in the passing lane on a highway on a moped. That should be legal cause to kill the moped driver. This is especially true because there is a high likelihood that entitled asshole is driving a moped because his license was revoked for something like DWI.

What they need to do is arrest the bitch who reported them because she is just encouraging the safety of moped drivers in the passing lanes of highways. Those fucking things cannot make 55 mph. I do not think they can make 45 which is the minimum speed in many places.

There are scooters that can and do get up to 60, 65. I've driven one down the freeway into downtown Portland a few times.
The big concern is if the engine will redline itself for a long sustained run at freeway speeds.

Talking about a moped. The reason mopeds are legal for a person to ride who has lost their license (in some states) is their engine and speed limitations. Some scooters may classify below the limit of a registered vehicle, but what I am referring to is moped level vehicles who are supposed to max out at 30 - 40 MPH due to engine capability.

That may be a scooter in the video, but I would think the cop is fucking with them because they are too slow for a highway.

There was a danger in finding a new dealer that every user knows about. I cannot count the number of times where I have watched some friend get a fucked up experience or OD because their dealer was unavailable at the moment and they bought from some other source they did not know. You expect bad stuff to happen when you buy from an untrusted source. That is drug use 101.
