True about the GAU-8. I worked with them (A10 and GAU-8) both on a daily basis for 18 months or so back in the 80's. A classic design that will never be replicated. It's the Stratocaster guitar of tank-killing jets.

Here's my guild all taking a shit together:

FFXIV. It got a lot of bad press because it was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE at release. But they fired the entire development team, got a new one and fixed the hell the game was.
It's good now, but going into a second beta phase. In January the servers go up again to updated graphics and new plot lines.
