I want to know what roads they used at 5 to go two miles in a high speed chase in that area of floriduh.
From what was shown, the cops didn't have a choice once the suspects started firing first, and they had already killed the UPS driver.
Watching some of the videos on this, holy fucking shit was this wrong. I am watching the cops in the videos and they are shooting wild. They are blind firing. Seriously, I have had to throw paintball players out of games for shooting like that because it ends up harming people. That is with fucking paintballs. They just set up in the middle of a crowded street and did that shit? It is a bunch of pretty rocks, let it go. I would have rundown cops to get the fuck out of there. I know too much about how easy it is to get hit in a paintball fight like that, and that would be when I would be going any which way to get down the road to safety.
The black car in the picture pissed me off because if you watch the video the two cars behind are trying to escape and it’s barely moving preventing those cars from driving off. Maybe the driver was scared and I’m being too harsh but I would have gunned that gas. Even if it meant a cop got hurt. And all five agencies involved are about to get sued by the two innocent victims. I know it’s a tense situation as you’ve got two people who have shown they have no problem shooting at the police and they have a hostage BUT THEY HAVE A HOSTAGE! How about get on the loud speaker and talk to them first before rushing them and shooting. If they still come out shooting than you’ve got to do what you've got to do but at least you can say you tried. Someone should have taken charge. I know that area very well. Drove by it a few minutes ago and saw the makeshift memorial and a news van.
You are morally, ethically, and legally responsible for every round you fire. Period. Full stop. End of statement.
