How Can I Download All My Information?

How can I download all of my posts? There used to be a feature to do so but I don't see it. Did it drop in xeno?

If so, would a plugin like this be possible? https://xenforo.com/community/resources/export-thread.3814/

Before we put time and effort in to considering or implementing an add/on, what is the utility of such a feature? I'm not saying we won't necessarily do it, but I'm having trouble seeing it as a priority, especially when add/ons always have potential to disrupt other, more important features.

The utility is that I want to have my blog thread saved.

Well, no. I have no desire to modify the database just because a single user made a request for unclear reasons. Help yourself out a bit, here. Or don't. But that's on you, not anybody else.

Why do you think that adding this would modify the database? This is script side, not db side. And it is a function the board used to have.

An even simpler answer, this isn't your board. If you want something added, don't show your ass. @gul was trying to clarify why you wanted that added. And you're telling him to do it isn't a big deal.

No. He means board add ons can be a bitch and screw up the board. That's why we removed Tapatalk and gave up on ever getting comments for rep.

He probably wants something that can be imported to another BBS database. In other words, he probably wants to publish Wordforge content elsewhere and without permission.

Basically, I want to be able to leave here and not lose my blue room post.

It really would be a good idea, the installation is small, the memory footprint of the add-on is insignificant, and short of everyone deciding they want to download their threads all at the same time, it would have little effect on server load. Again, just my two bits on it, but this seems like it could be a nice extra feature with little to no cost to implement.

Well it's up to the tech admins, if they want to spend the time setting it up and can guarantee it won't disrupt other board features.

That plugin is probably as close as we could get without me learning more about XF plugins than I want to. However as I don't own the license, I can't actually download it. Who does?
