I never said racism doesn't exist. But I will say it doesn't exist everywhere in every situation 24/7. And if black people are getting "systematically murdered by agents of the state" the state isn't meeting their quota, because a black person in America is many times more likely to get killed by another black person as they are to be killed by an agent of the state. Take Chicago just for example.:
700 murders in 2020. Let's say 500 were black-on-black (which would be about right if Chicago is a typical city). Were 500 blacks killed by cops in Chicago alone in 2020?
