I'm mean he is in several threads supporting a Foreign Power's intelligence service (Guccifer 2.0) in trying to subvert our internal election process. He has verbally supported their activities, and furthered their activities and aims by disseminating the product of the breach.

Now, Section 110 of Article III. of the Constitution of the United States, says:

"Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open Court. The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason."

So by disseminating the fruits of their intelligence activities against us, he is adhering to them, and giving them aid and comfort.

So he's a traitor. And he should be branded as a traitor on this board. What say you?

This is the second time you've trolled me with this.
