That's a college student who goes to UCSD who got arrested as part of a "4/20" celebration but after arresting him the cops forget they locked him in a room, handcuffed... FOR FOUR FUCKING DAYS. Since everyone gets butt-hurt when the authorities go all Rambo/Robocop anyway, can civilians who have a vested interest in their neighborhoods do much worse? If the Zimmerman trial proved that by god a jury of your peers just might see things your way when it comes to self defense, I don't see how citizens handling business when they see fit will diminish.

That said statistically certain demographic groups commit proportionally off-the-scale violent acts, and that will complicate matters. If we play it on the level and all violent criminals are treated the same (regardless of ethnic group) the liberals will shit kittens.

If you give certain groups a pass because of political pressure they will be empowered and commit an even larger percentage of the violent crime.

Thank goodness I live in Georgia: black, white, hispanic, etc. you get all violent in public expect to get shot and get zero mercy. I think that's very fair.
