Seriously though, I too have had days of constipation followed by the hershey squirts but within the hershey squirts were rock-hard Louisville slugger sized turds.
Sometimes there are thin brown flakey sheets of what look like a cross between scabs and mayfly larvae in the toilet bowl too. Theoretically that doesn't happen
but my digestive system begs to differ!

Actually, that's a Type 6 on the Bristol Stool Scale.

No. I happened across it on Reddit. But, I've changed my diet recently to test something and my body is hating me right now.

I have upped the number of veggies in my diet and now I am pooping soft serve on a daily basis.
