    Sounds hopeful, but a lot of "breakthroughs" have failed or not lived up to the hype (remember how interferon was going to be the Big One?). The problem is that cancer isn't one disease, it's multitudes of different, but similar diseases. So I'll be hoping for the best, but not expecting any dramatic breakthrough.
