I think it's disappointing that basically what is going to happen is nothing. A few people stir shit to stir shit, but this many people being dissatisfied says that something isn't right and it seems all that is going to be done about it is nothing, hope for it to go away and let the slow burn continue under the surface.

While I agree with the decision to not de-mod people if they decide to engage in rep wars, they do have a valid point that out of all the changes that could have been made doing that and that alone was definitely not the smoothest move.

I've called him out on it in public, in return I got a couple of pm's asking what my problem with him is and now convinced I am out to get him because he gave me a negrep a few days ago. (!?)

I believe Nick spoke with him on the telephone for more than an hour. Listening to his concerns and voicing agreement with many of them. I talked to him privately via IRC query for an hour or so this past Monday evening. I listened to his concerns and voiced agreement with many of them. In fact, he was going to send me a PM detailing his gripes so I could respond to them as a whole instead of the back and forth of IRC.

To date, he has not done so, but he has continued to rail against the board and it's staff.
