And not just any unit, 1/23 INF 3-2 SBCT who was the Regional QRF (Quick Reaction Force - the folks sent in when other units were losing control of their Area of Operations). Meaning we only worked ‘hot’ AOs I’ve probably manned more checkpoints, done more patrols, cleared more neighborhoods than anyone here. We treated Iraqis IN A WAR ZONE better than these thugs are treating Americans in a peaceful American city (so far ICE is responsible for the only murder this year in Minneapolis).
