ICE is the lumpenproles, armed by the bourgeoise, to split the working class and divert anger from themselves. It's very clever from a certain point if view and Trump knows this stuff instinctively.

Anyone who tries to track my location with my phone will discover I'm in my office 24/7. And good luck with them putting an app on a landline. (And yes, my office is in my home. One landline, not two.)
Let me add that in the past couple of years, the phone makers have changed their phones so they're not really "Off" when you turn them off. Unless you can yank out the battery, or run the phone completely flat, all turning it off does is put it into an ultra-low power mode, where it does nothing, except periodically ping cell towers, wifi access points, and GPS satellites. If you want to be 100% certain that you're not being tracked by your phone, you need to either leave it behind or put it into a Faraday bag.

He's too busy sucking off Trump over the Venezuela raid. Eventually he'll get tired of it and stumble in here to tell us the woman got what she deserved. His only regret will be he wasn't the one pulling the trigger.
