I mentioned this to Tamar in a PM an hour or so ago, but might as well tell all y'all. Last night I tripped and fell down in the parking lot of my condo building and my back is kind of sore. I don't want to spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer, especially since that's what I do all day at work. I will be curtailing my time online for a few days, at least until the dull ache in my back goes away. Lying flat with a heating pad under me sounds really good right now.

"Tripped and fell in the parking lot..." Uh huh. Yeah. Sure.

And how many times have you been told that no matter HOW EASY it looks in the porn movie, it's still a bad idea to try and reenact that position with your wife?

Yes. It's a position that most porn stars call in their highly trained stunt doubles for.

Lying flat might sound appealing, but you'll heal faster if you walk around gently every so often. You're right to avoid sitting in front of the computer as much as possible, though, so hurry and get well enough to return. :itsokay:

Awe shit, bubba. How far did you fall? Here's hoping you'll have that spring back in your step very soon. Take all the time you need too.

On a similar note, I'm going in to the doctor tomorrow to look at the knee I messed up 2 weeks ago.

Feels like I'm pretty well back to normal now.

No, what I did was put my foot on the curb so that only my heel was supported. Pitched forward, caught myself on one knee and both hands, but the sudden movement to an awkward pose stretched or pulled some muscles in my back. Ached something awful that night, but the heating pad and some stretching exercised helped a lot. Then, yesterday sitting at the computer at work made it ache all over again. Today I had a doctor appointment and could sleep in, so I took a muscle relaxer last night and slept good and long. Feels okay now.
