Easily the best television show Adult Swim has produced in a long time. Primarily of interest is that Kate Mulgrew plays Kove, commander of the anti-terrorism unit. She does some fantastic comedy, better than her Voyager work. Definitely give this one a chance.
Skilled actor + good scripting and character development = good performance. Skilled actor + crap writing and lame character development = not so much.
Well you never know around Media Central. Rumor has it that you can't even troll non-members on the off hand that one day they might stumble across this post and cry....
Mulgrew's a talented performer with a slew of stage and screen credits. The problem with the Janeway character is that it was developed by Beavis & Butthead, and more often than not put through improbable changes of personality because they'd written themselves into a corner again...
For those of us who are impressed by your review but have no idea what the fuck you're talking about, would you mind terribly translating all that alphabet soup into an actual title?
