There's video of her fall down drunk, being taken home by the cops, video of the cops returning to her building after first dropping her off, and the cops admit to having sex with her. Police officers escorted a seriously drunk woman home and had sex with her on duty when she was clearly too drunk to consent, and since they were police escorting her home while on duty they were clearly unable to accept consent even if she gave it. That's absolutely and indisputably rape. Anyone who thinks otherwise should have his nuts cut off for the betterment of humanity.

Oh I agree that they've fucked up royally and should at minimum be losing their jobs, but rape is a serious charge and judgement should be reserved.
