I see a lawsuit. And no judge will accept a Breitbart smear piece as evidence. Go Barry! Also, orthography. Sad.
Or maybe it'll come out that instead of just being a lying misguided incompetent president with a touch of class, Obama was a slimeball scuzbag lying misguided incompetent president. Obama could turn out to be even more duplicitous than imagined by his worst right-wing detractor, and worse than tricky Dick because at least Nixon had shifty eyes - by his resignation nobody had the illusion they used to have with Obama that he's anything more than just another slimebucket cumguzzling piece of shit politician.
He actually tweeted a whole series. Then he went on dumping on Schwarzenegger again because of TV ratings. Busy morning. Guess he earned some golfing afterwards.
http://www.breitbart.com/big-govern...ma-used-police-state-tactics-undermine-trump/ Breitbart is reporting on Mark Levin. Mark Levin is a radio show host but his first job was as a lawyer. The man knows his stuff legally. He runs the Landmark Legal Foundation. Of course being a conservative, not a fake one like Trump, Mark would all but be ignored by the main stream media. So the article summarizes what Levin said. Which you should read even though yes it's Breitbart "the enemy media" in your eyes. Fact is that Obama's administration was wiretapping Trump and it was even reported by other outlets other than "the enemy media" and now it appears they may have gone beyond what little they said they were doing and were listening in on everything. So yes it should be investigated.
Trump keeps insisting that the investigations into and the leakings related to his scandals and crimes are somehow worse than than the scandals and crimes themselves. No one but his most devoted sycophants are buying it.
Actually, my regard for Obama was already dropping, this is small potatoes. I've been kicking my heels since the night of election-day, and so far nothing in DC has depressed my very high spirits - the GOP is full steam toward policies with (complementary) dual purpose of pro-growth and deconstruction of Obama's government creep, while senior Dems and the Dem leadership persist in screaming their failed message louder instead of making themselves relevant somehow. Trolling liberal nutjobs is very low on my enjoyable list of pastimes hence I'm only by two or three times a day. But the latest is funny, given how the hillarycouldn'treallylose Trumpettes have chosen 'Russia' as the battlefield.
Fact is... where is the evidence? Just because the conservative bubble says so? Aside from the real, proven fact that a president cannot legally order wiretapping of course. Let's not forget that. If wiretapping happened via backchannels, well. Big problem.
There are no crimes or scandals. If there was don't you think it would have already leaked? Put your hatred aside and realize that the previous administration may have been wiretapping a political campaign from the opposite party even though by their own admission no crimes were apparent or found. And than the previous government made it easier to share this intelligence among government agencies. And now there are leaks everywhere. And now it's being reported that the previous president is leading the "resistance" to the new president. Perhaps a investigation would be in order. Here make it easy for you....... Pretend Obama is a Republican and Trump is a Democrat.
I think what's happened here is Trump finally got shown documentaries about Watergate but is so narcissistic he thinks everything on TV is about him.
THE WIRETAPS DID HAPPEN. It was reported by the New York Times among other outlets. And the question has been raised now why were those wiretap reports handed to the Obama administration if there was no indication of a crime?
Mark Levin is usually right about these type of things and is an excellent lawyer. If this is true, this is a big fucking deal.
I know it's hard for you because you're a stupid leftist that lives an a echo chamber but if there had been any crimes they would have been leaked before the election. There are no crimes and the scandals are made up crap from bullshitters like you.
That's why Flynn and Sessions both lied about their communications with the Russians, right? And why Trump kept denying the Russians were involved with hacking the Democrats, despite receiving classified briefings showing exactly that? And that's likely just the tip of the iceberg.
Looks like trump is already trying to blame his failure on someone else. Obama is a great choice because as we see it makes all the deplorable primates go apeshit when you blame him. There does not have to be even a tiny bit of truth like Obama being a Kenyan Muslim operative here to destroy America. Remember, he went back in time and planted birth announcements in Hawaiian newspapers. One month and cheeto is already scapegoating why he will fail his entire presidency. I must say with all the power they attribute to Obama he must be Morgan Freeman, aka God or him of knowing. You cucks are so silly.
Oh sure, now conservatives get all up in arms about warrantless wiretapping, and sure now all the liberals get nonchalant "well there must have been a crime" about it. Hypocrites, all of you.
I don't think it was warrant-less, Obama pushed FISA courts for the warrants, FISA denied, he kept pushing until they caved.
1. Why would they? Political pressure is irrelevant for independent courts. 2. Aren't those warrants confidential? If so, Trump has just tweeted confidential information... In general I just don't think Obama is stupid enough to push for such actions. He knows they come to light eventually in this day and age.
Why shouldn't there have been some wiretapping of trump and some of his associates? We knew Russia was hacking and trying to disrupt our elections. That is terrorism without the deaths. It is illegal. We know they were doing it in a pro trump manor. That seems like enough probable cause to get a warrant to tap his phones. I do not agree with the FISA courts and patriot act, but maybe it caught something. This may be trump's dim witted way of getting ahead of a really damning phone tap where the deal with Russia and the oil companies is explained in full. He is trying to pretend the wiretapping is the only illegal thing while we see why he ran for president in the first place. I do not know if that is the truth, but he is blaming Obama as a smokescreen for some reason.
Independent courts. Trump didn't tweet the content of the warrants and it was NY Times, Brietbart and others who broke this story. Apparently Mark Levin has been discussing this for weeks now, it's just now that everyone is picking up on it. I often listen to Mark Levin, but haven't listened to his show in a couple of months. Are you kidding me? Ever since he left office, he's been working behind the scenes to take down Trump.
1) I'd hazard a guess that Trump is rarely sober, especially when Tweeting. 2) His claims aren't necessarily false, it's pretty much an unspoken truth that the US government has been wiretapping domestically, at least since the Bush administration. *waves to the NSA* That doesn't mean he was being individually targetted. 3) I'm not going to bother reading a Breitbart article or conspiracy nut website claiming this, because it will inevitably contain half-truths and outright lies.
This is pretty hilarious even for you - given that Obama's final days saw a rush to disseminate possibly sensitive stuff. OBama's folk practically tried to publish in the NYT every scrap of intel that even mentioned Russia in recent years that might touch Trump. And not particularly important if Obama *did* try a second shot for a warrant using whatever influence he had, his ego is on the line and it's reasonable to expect such a move. Then your part 2 reminds me of the menendez brothers who murdered their parents and then pleaded with the court for mercy because they were orphans. That's how ridiculous you seem.
There was no warrantless wiretapping in this. The Obama administration asked for one from the FISA court and got shot down. They then reworked the warrant and got it approved. The problem is that it appears they collected a whole lot of info they didn't need to, that info made it's way to the Obama White House, Obama loosened the NSA rules on sharing this intelligence with other agencies, and than the White House worked to spread this information across the government. That's something worth looking into.
If they were wiretapping the Russians, which we know they do, and a Trump associate calls the tapped phone thats not illegal.
