FWIW-I spent about 20 minutes today hanging out with a patrol cop about my age talking about housing and how to deal with the ever expanding opioid epidemic. We were pretty much on the same page, tinted mainly by our professions. Even the cops disagree with AI's heavy handed approach because they know it not only doesn't work, it makes things worse.
