Parts of the transcripts from the jury selection in his fraud trial have been released, and it's some of the funniest shit I've ever read.

I'm thinking most people don't have a fucking clue as to what "securities and wire fraud" even means. They do however have a clue as to what "raising prices 5,000 percent means" so of course they think that's what the trial is all about. Nobody really gives a shit about the techniques of white collar crime like embezzlement, securities & wire fraud, insider trading, bribery & kickbacks, and so forth. I assume everyone does it and that's just business as usual. But people not being able to afford medicine affects nearly 100 percent of US families. They need to move this trial to a 3rd World nation where nobody has any medication or money to buy it anyway to find unbiased jurors.

Jacking up the prices of pharmaceuticals, not a big deal. Committing fraud, no one cares. Disrespecting the Wu-Tang Clan, completely inexcusable. I mean, Wu-Tang Clan ain't nothin' to fuck with.

Did no one tell Shkreli that he should focus on pushing the drugs, but not actually taking the drugs? That's drug dealing 101 man--don't get hooked on your supply.

What a surprise, it turns out that his lawyer is also a dirtbag.

I am thinking a fair number of them are dirt bags. My nephew's father in law recently got caught doing some stuff which got him disbarred. So now my sister and her husband have the joy of hosting their young son, his wife, and their new born.

It's now property of the US government and might thus become public domain.
