Did you actually go to the global news site and watch the whole report that was not edited for comedic value? Because if you did you would notice that within a week of getting her letter treadeu investigated, found the one agent who did this, and was saying it was unacceptable, incorrect, and things would be changed. They are continuing to make sure others are not afraid to ask for care because some indicated they were.

That was a joke meme and you took it seriously. The context of how Canada's prime minister handled it by paying attention to his mail and immediately investigating and reaching out to a direct complaint is fucking amazing. It is not amazing that it had to happen, but could you imagine any US president getting a letter from a veteran about needing a stair lift and going immeditately to correct the problem because it was unacceptable the person was told they should thing about killing themselves?
