I don't mind it, it's just wealthy law-abiding foreigners setting up their wealthy kids with more options for the future. Best case scenario, those wealthy babies grow up to be wealthy adults and their dual citizenship inspires them to invest some of that wealth in North America.

do you actually believe this???? what in nature grants you your 'rights'. what if that bear exercises his 'natural' rights both you and your 'natural' rights will eventually become a pile in the woods. then your 'natural' right to be fertilizer will have come to fruition.

It feels like a form of human trafficking. "For the right price, we'll bring you to the US so you can have a baby that will be a US citizen."
I WANT them to come to the US and that baby to be a US citizen, and the parents be safe to raise that baby here. Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations, after all. It's the buying and selling involved that really makes me feel skeeved.

Rome lasted for over 2000 years for many reasons one of the most important was that it offered 'limited citizenship' to conqured people. this worked well for many years until the Social wars' broke out over the limits of that citizenship. you know one of the major results of that war? citizenship was granted to the entire Italian peninsula. eventually citizenship was granted to EVERYONE in the entire EMPIRE. maybe history (if you keep your eyes open) can actually teach you something
