I saw this getting eviscerated on the internet. Apparently some brave people on Twitter think this image is representative of the muslim populations indifference to these attacks. I mean look at her. She seems really indifferent.... I love the automatic reaction of "she's an indifferent terrorist supporter" as if there are no other explanations like say wondering if her family was alright or trying to get updates if this was an isolated incident or even calling 911. I mean there's so many possible explanations for this one photo. People sure are stupid. Like @Kuranes for example.
Do I have to spell it out? She's calling ME! We totally hooked up last night. Hey, life goes on despite perpetual tragedy and misfortune.
My hunch would be that the much easier access to guns in the US means that people with violent tendencies are more likely to jump straight to that gun crime phase.
Impossible! People with a felony charge on their records can't have guns. The catch-22 is if you are a career criminal you sure won't make it far without a gun, whether you are violent or not. Drug dealing, strong armed robbery, extortion, whatever you are into - you need firepower or you are prey for other better armed criminals or will be shot by your victims when you bring a knife into a mom & pop store and mom & pop have a shotgun! You wanna play "cops & robbers" in the US you better arm yourself. Okay shoplifters don't need a gun, so there is that.
How else would you get from parliament to Waterloo without walking across the bridge? Is it really any surprise?
http://www.euractiv.com/section/pol...growing-menace-of-right-wing-terrorism-in-eu/ After this brutal attack it is great to see that Eurabia has it's priorities in order.
Actually that isn't out of the realm of possibility given the perception of the government not doing anything. After all, that's why the more right-wing parties are doing as well in current election campaigns - because they're promising to "do something," while team status quo is feebly trying to convince them that nothing's wrong.
The greatest thing going for the far right is that the establishment looks utterly, completely incompetent without solutions. The proper response is not to keep claiming everything is fine and there are no problems which require policy changes (this has been the establishment's main talking point since 9/11) but instead for the establishment to actually get their shit together, stop being incompetent, and come up with improved policies. Don't hold your breath though because they are very fat and happy with being incompetent.
Well, this thread went about how I expected it to go. Finally had a chance to read through it after ignoring it since Wednesday. Very tragic that four people died, but I'm glad that the attack wasn't any worse than that.
Nah, I'm juat remembering the joyous days of 1945 when we last spanked your ilk senseless. Not that you were known for sense previously.
My ilk? You dumb ass! . I have one grandfather who was a WW2 British Army vet and the other was an American vet. You can keep trying to say telling the truth is hateful but it is not. It is just the truth. More muslims equals more Islamic terrorism. Full stop.
