http://www2.oanow.com/oan/news/opin..._history_deserves_more_than_one_month/127935/ In my experience black hisotry month usually consists of little more than bunch of trivia questions related to scientific and technological progress over the past century or so in America. Usually the same few things piously repeated yearly by liberal white people, like in the link above. You didn't know that a black man invented the light bulb filament? Shame on you! Guess what? A black man invented the traffic light! A black man invented peanut butter! This could just be because I'm white and don't ever look to deeply into it, but I have a suspicion that's not the case. I'm guessing there's a whole lot more to black history than just a few trivial pursuit type questions. Blackforge, what do you all think about how black history month is typically treated?
Because EVERY MONTH is except the shortest one Besides, on WordForge, EVERY MONTH is White History Month
