Actually, that's not even close to what he said. He simply said that even the experts are not in agreement with Obama on this. But it was a valiant try at deflecting the issue. Since you couldn't respond to it, you tried to make it into something else, and for that you are to be commended. Admired, no, but commended.
Where? Seems like UA said very little, but the implication is that he cares what experts say when they disagree with Obama, otherwise he would not point it out. And since I don't disagree with said experts, not much else worth responding to.
The implication. What you mean to say is "I fill in the blanks with my personal brand of bullshit, because that is what I was ready to argue about."
