Oh that's easy You've spent years here telling us how much you enjoy South Park. Specifically how you like that it makes fun of everyone Yet literally as soon as they start roasting Trump and MAGA you turn into a sour puss, a pissbaby, to the point where you literally say the "Show is going down in flames" (it's not). You actually now resent the show because it makes too much fun of your president You are the best example of a pissbaby partisan hack that I've probably ever seen
It's remarkably similar to what happened with Isaac Hayes. Everyone thinks South Park is hilarious, until the aim is on them.
I don’t give a shit if they make fun of Trump, it’s just not funny and they don’t go after everyone because they had plenty of opportunities to go after Biden and Harris and chose not to. If their jokes were funny I’d say as much. The fantasy island joke was good and towely jokes were good.
Yeah, you do care. You really really do. The fact that you're bigly mad they didn't make fun of Kamala Harris says it all.
Bill Clinton showed up, like, 4 times. John McCain was in 1. Obama? 3. W. Bush? 1 So I dont know what he's got his knickers in a twist over.
No I totally don't and no amount of you saying differently will change that. It's simple, the jokes are just not that funny. I like how people who don't even watch the show are telling me how I feel and then bitch about how I supposedly don't think for myself and only get my opinions from YouTubers. Which is it? Why should I even post here anymore, you don't believe anything I say and you think my opinions come from YouTubers or you people just make shit up and I can't say otherwise because you're just going to believe what you want to believe despite any evidence to the contrary.
No I don't care and I'm not bigly mad, I'm disappointed and feel let down by people who were once on the forefront of the news and pop culture just now rely on low hanging fruit jokes and recycling jokes. So you can repeat it all you want, but you will continue to be wrong.
If you're expecting someone to say "no, please stay, the place won't be the same without you," I have some bad news.
This has been their MO throughout their entire run Anyways, I'm sure it's all just a coincidence that you stopped liking South Park once they started making fun of Trump
I didn't say I stopped liking it. What I have been saying and you for some reason are determined to purposely misrepresent is that this season has been a disappointment and not that funny. That's it. Some of the Trump jokes were funny, but most of it isn't.
Nope. South Park's definitely never gone after low-hanging fruit or repeated jokes before. Not ever. No no, he liked the Fantasy Island joke, remember. So clearly yes, it is a coincidence.
It's been the best it's been for a while, including making fun of all the people who no longer think its funny - not because it's targeting the unhinged arsegibbon making dementia great again, oh no, not that, just, you know, reasons.
Explain what you think is funny, is it Cartman throwing up because he's laughing so hard over 6/7? Tell me why that's funny.
Don't try and pick something for me. The 6/7 thing didn't do much for me as I'm not into kids things on TikTok, was educational though. There's plenty of fun references, from piecing Trump's notoriously thin skin, the kowtowing to him by the tech bros, the AI, Thiel and a bit of Tubular Bells... It's become the closest thing to original Spitting Image we've had for a while, using actual comedy over "clapter" where you get some comedian playing to the left wing crowd for applause, rather than making any actual effort to be funny and garner laughs. In the UK it's been a little sad watching someone like Nish Kumar, who has some real comedic talent, lazily turn into a shit Ben Elton tribute act from 1984, only to find that had a limited shelf life.
What, you thought the stuff about "chin diapers" was the height of cleverness and originality? (Well, OK, I guess that tracks.)
Nish is good on the Bugle still, and there's a good running joke there where Andy continually rips on him for destroying any show or service that decides to have him on.
