It also names several entities which aren't party to its negotiation, including the EU, World Bank and NATO. Unlikely that all of them will agree with all of this.

It reminds me of one time when I was arguing with a ‘Texan’ about the US breaking up and he mentioned ‘warm water ports’ in his list of why Texas would be a viable country and just LOLOLOLOL…

The Russians are nearing the end of it's tether, militarily. They're dangerously low on legacy Soviet arms, and the sanctions have crippled their ability to quickly replace lost equipment. Also, they're running out of bodies to feed into the meatgrinder. We're getting close to an endgame.

Yay! US business interests are heavily favored. It's a direct bribe authored by Putin. Carry on.

What do you think Russia’s and Ukraine’s goals are?

Sorry, not doing another round of 20 questions in another thread for you to ignore my responses. That's not how conversation works.

What do you think it means?

I think it means just what you said: Expelling the Russians. Which will sadly not be done by Ukraine alone. They can make it a grinding slog for Russia, but they can't realistically push Russia out without at the very least massive amounts of equipment. Preferably they'd get ground / air support as well, but I know that's a pipe dream.

Most we can hope for, I think, is that it grinds Russia down and turns into Afghanistan 2.0 for them.

    Liar.

I didn’t ignore your response I clearly stated that I had no interest in relitigating the invasion of Iraq but that I don’t see that the same as the actions that are currently happening off the coast of Venezuela.

I think that Russia’s goal is to create a landlocked rump state that is under Russian control (see Belarus) and not integrated into the west.

I think Ukraine’s goal is to be a free and independent state.

Now how do you see it?

    Neither side is winning

I think Ukraine is exceeding initial expectations while Russia is suffering more losses than expected but that doesn't really equate to either side "winning"

Yeah, we're done here. You can't go around demanding responses and then get pissy when someone expects a response in return. It's become your standard MO when you're trying to project superiority. Save that shit for Federal Farmer.

Huge climbdown from the EU on seizing Russian assets. The reasons not to do it should be obvious but I wonder what prompted the change. Now they're giving them €90 billion instead, and taking on the risk themselves. Some speculation that this makes it more likely they'll sign onto Trump's peace deal.
