Not just a random meme, this is the kind of stuff that pisses me off. Whoever this person is, but the hand, I'm assuming it's a woman, but it could be a guy, I suppose. But, she's clearly in her car and the odometer is showing her driving 40 miles an hour. - while reading and taking a picture of the letter informing her that her license will be revoked. Another example: Silent film stars Harold Lloyd and Buster Keaton were close friends and often dined together. Lloyd didn't wear glasses (since they were, like Chaplin's tramp outfit, his character's costume) and the bet that Keaton and Lloyd had was that whoever was recognized by a fan first, had to pay for dinner.
