You claim everyone is solely responsible for their choices in terms of how their life went. So, are you applying that standard to yourself? Or would you say that there were circumstances or of your control that led to your divorce, for instance?

'i am responsible for my circumstances' this is not true and it is very telling that the person who cliams this is not very aware of the world. what this statment say is that the person stating it is saying that they control 100% every event that occurs in their life and there are no, none, zero, zippo situations or circumstances that occur they do not control. no outside infuences have any effect on their circumstance. but this does go along with your ego you do have an infalted sense of yourself.
