Having absolute control over your circumstances is not a prerequisite of being accountable for your choices.
You can keep insisting I don't understand because I don't agree with you, but I'm responding to the points you try to make. All you're playing is the tired old tune of obfuscating personal accountability with nebulous claims of default, collective victimhood. If you are offering more than that, please point it out for my comprehension-challenged little self.
None of that necessitates a high cost, or difficulty in repairing, though. Swapping out components should be as simple as plugging in a USB device. If automakers used the exact same hardware for things like sensors, instead of proprietary hardware, economies of scale would kick in and the price of the components would drop. Also, if I’m not mistaken, the reason for the drop in fatal crashes has more to do with faster response times of emergency personnel and improved medical techniques than it does with improved vehicle safety. Not saying that devices like blindspot sensors don’t help, but they haven’t had the dramatic impact that has come from getting EMTs to the scene quickly and better treatment. I’ll also add that there’s considerable benefit to society and the environment if we become less car centric. Cheap and easy to use mass transit can help people live independently who might otherwise have to be in a care home. Which is worse? Have our standards of living declined because fewer people have cars, but they’re more able to get around?
I will give you the benefit of the doubt and grant that this might be what you think you're doing. But in reality, you are responding to things in your own mind, because you don't understand the principle of multiple causes so you can't grasp a concept like "not the only or primary factor" not being the same as "non-existent". And every post you make on the subject shows you don't understand it, or are deliberately deforming it. So make another one, and show us all again.
If your stereo is stolen, and you track it down, and take it back, that ain't thievery. I don't give a fuck how they write the laws to protect the crooks.
Please show me where I said they were exactly the same. Yet you can't offer a single example. Have I denied some people have advantages, that bigotry and inequality exist? No the fuck I have not. I have simply refused to accept that as a reason to dismiss personal accountability, which absolutely DOES apply to EVERY choice you make.
This is where you might quote a single post of me defending his financial practices. If it had ever happened outside your nappy head. I guess "bootlicker" is the new "everyone I don't like is literally Hitler." "
No, you don't have the balls to bow to him faithfully and splendidly in front of people. What you do is get (Elmer Fudd impression) weeeewy quieett when he does the exact shit that pisses you off about the dirty poors.
If I was a Trump supporter, I would proclaim it openly. As if I give a fuck about approval. Your "with us or against us" decrees aren't worth the cheeto dust in your keyboard.
If only there were a way to make it easier for people to afford to have children. Or if there was some way that we could allow people to move to this country who don't currently live here.
You don't get to set those terms for other people, douchebag. Yours are the worthless opinions of an arrogant liar.
