Spoilers don't ruin good shows or movies, they just ruin surprises. I have enjoyed several movies after being spoiled, but now I'm more cautious.
Well, yeah, but I like surprises. I went into Rogue One knowing the ending thanks to some fuckhead here spilling it in a totally unrelated thread. Didn't ruin the whole movie, but it did ruin the ending for me.
Meh. While I enjoyed it, I don't think it quite lived up to the rest of the series. Much preferred the first three. Just downloaded the 5th book.
I think you'll like book 5. I've switched to audio only spending 10 hours in the car each week. Audible (also owned by Amazon) has 30 days free trial if you want to check it out. Most audiobooks sync with the kindle version so switching back and forth is seamless. Hearing a guy voice Avasarala's blue dialogue somehow suits her, but the people in cars next to me at stoplights are probably worried.
