It has been going on for years. Either moderate Media Central on the regular or fold it into the vRed Room because the moderation in Media Central is not only biased, but very inconsitant. If there are rules then either shit or get off the pot. @matthunter and @Diacanu often break the rules, yet never get called out for it. Why is it I get targeted?
Incorrect, you were both warned at the same time (well I think Matthunter may have been 1-2 minutes later, what with the nature of linear time and all) Here are the reports that were submitted for both posts, both resolved at the same time: And the post where the notice of the warnings was made, with both issued in the thread a minute apart: We usually try to go light touch where no-one involved seems to have an issue, and so the majority of warnings come when someone has reported a post to bring it to a mods attention. If you feel there are posts that break rules please hit the report button.
I'm not a snitch and I have @matthunter on ignore so it looked to me that you warned me twice for the same post. Thanks for letting me know that someone (I suspect @Diacanu ) on this board is in fact a snitch. It would be nice if someone would either consistently moderate Media Central or just get rid of it all together because it happens all of the time.
It's not snitching, please do use the report button if you see something that you think should be noticed by a mod. Reports happen quite often and are useful for noticing if there is someone consistently pushing the boundaries. Also you are wrong in your assumption on who reported those posts.
it is ironic as fuck that he started a thread trying to get someone busted, then claims not to be a snitch... also, his misidentifying who may or may not have called attentnion to his own misbehavior provides a great argument for eliminating the ignore feature.
I am sympathetic to the problem in the OP. See the SFA thread for numerous examples of me getting flamed and attacked personally for having an opinion about the show, characters, and actors. Mods did nothing.
I'm pretty sure if someone were so inclined to add up all the 'warnings' in Media Central (heck anywhere outside the Red Room) I would have the most warnings. and I don't cry about it. you know why? cuz I know I deserve it. Regardless of whether or not anyone else received a warning whether they deserved it or not.
That NYT food writer who posted a guacamole recipe that had peas in it and melted down the internet for a day five or so years back.
We've all been broke and not able to afford as many avocados as we need for our guacamole recipe, so peas are a great substitute during hard times.
