This may sound ridiculous, but I would like to see everyone's opinion on this, before I weigh in. I missed the entire brouhaha this weekend, and I'm struggling to both catch up, and wrap my head around what's been done.

Toss it. Bad idea to start with, no sense perpetuating it.

I'm split between tossing it and modifying its purpose if it's kept.

What even is its purpose right now? If it's being used as a Daycare, that needs to go. If it's not, meh, but I lean towards tossing it.

I'm leaning towards killing the VR.

Spam, call out and flaming/trolling for the sake of flaming/trolling.

I do think it'd be a good idea to have some kind of non-indexed board space for when someone like Volpone wants to shit on the board with racial slurs and other cuntery that we don't ban for but don't necessarily want to advertise to someone like Dinner, Meka, TKO or Tererun who all found this place by Googling something entirely unrelated to us.

I can dig this. However, just on the surface, the threads in the VR seem to be those of Gul's political enemies, or folks that annoy the staff. This is find problematic.

Move everything out save the Baba threads or threads started in there.

I think so. When prompted about what happened since he left, TBR mentioned his father had died of Huntington's disease. Original Recipe Baba mentioned his fear of catching that a few times, way back in the pre-2007 threads that are lost to time and space. That's a helluva detail to remember...one I remember because my brain is like an encyclopedia about dumb ass shit anyway. Like recalling details of the storylines from The Bold and the Beautiful from the 2000s, for example

I'm thinking of situations such as Zorn Prime/Robotech Master where someone's lost the password to a long standing account. I mean, maybe he wouldn't care at this point, but....

I have a lot of words in my head, that I have thought about putting on the screen. Unfortunately I had a list of projects I wanted to accomplish over Thanksgiving that I failed at fully accomplishing due to temporal constraints.

Digging put the laptop is too much work. You get the 12:23 literal shittake: WF is a place where all hangout. All other ideals are gone. We show up b/c other people we care about show up. Gturnter didn't give a flying fuck about WF or the people. He was a shit thrower that revelled in having a place that let him throw shit.

I would have just straight up banned him long ago (like Castle). Current Admin made the mistake (IMO) of trying to pussyfoot around it.

Ok. Let's unban Gtardo(fuck it, I can ban him later if he gets too starguardy), Kill the VR, and move all the threads back to the RR. Back to square one. We can discuss this further if the Gtardo/Cornpone/Poodle triumvirate gets to be a painful for all. There.
