Fun fact: The WSJ took down a company called Theranos, by asking some fairly simple questions. One of the largest investors in Theranos was Rupert Murdoch. It is uncertain if the folks at the WSJ knew this before they started asking questions. What is certain is that the WSJ is owned by Rupert Murdoch. One has to wonder how he's going to react to this.

I watched a break down video on this and he says he hastily agreed to give $50,000 to the ADL, who really did lie and smear him as part of their fundraising campaign, but then later said upon reflection he would like to donate his money to a different charity. It does seem like he was going to pay protection money but fans talked him out of it. The sad thing is the ADL used to be a nonpartisan organization but many people are saying their current leader has lead them into a new hyper partisan era using Jesse Jackson’s old “give me money or I lie and call you names” routine.

As he was the largest channel on YouTube back in 2017 and he produced up to three videos a day seven days a week it was kind of inevitable he would get targeted and smeared by a shake down attempt.

Especially after he paid homeless people to shout antisemitic slogans.
