Ayup, the ol' BSoD. I can't remember 7 ever doing that to me. Don't know what triggered it. Wasn't doing anything unusual, but the system rebooted, installed some updates, and seems to be running fine now. Weird.
I hate windows now. Had they just stuck with, what was it, windows 7 or whatever it was before all of the bullshit, then I would have never gotten a Mac. That being said I have all Apple products and I'm really happy with them.
When my last PC died, it didn't just give me a blue screen of death, it gave me vertical blue and tan stripes. Looked like a tablecloth! Nobody had ever heard of that.
A couple of years back, I drove by a high school with a big electronic sign out front (the kind that says "Prom tickets on sale now!" or "Congratulations, Class of 2015!")... ...and it was displaying the BSoD.
