If the piss tape exists, it's even more important now. Trump has a real shot at re-election. That immediately drops the sanctions on Russia and changes the nature of the US involvement. Hell, we'd probably exit NATO soon thereafter. Putin is absolutely going to keep that hole card in his pocket.
I still have trouble seeing how the tape would actually hurt his prospects. He has no shame and his cult can rationalize anything.
It depends what's actually on the tape. It doesn't take much these days to swing the balance of a divided electorate. If it's pissing on the bed because Obama once slept there, sure. If it's pissing on Trump, that might be too much for the suburban crowd. Of course, I don't think it really exists. There's an amazing amount of evidence that Russia has been laundering money through Trump and his properties for two decades. That should be enough for compliance.
I guess the "me macho man, me vote Trump because Trump macho man, me no beta cuck" crowd might turn on him in the video involved him being submissive.
I don't know if there is actually a "piss tape", but I'm familiar with a lot of folks in the know who firmly believe that Putin has a truckload of dirt on Trump.
Theres no pee tape. This is however a bunch of money owed. One cant simply declare bankruptcy with the mafia.
