    ...if I increased the max post size somewhat? I keep running into the 15k limit. Doubling it would be ideal, but I'll setting for a 5k increase.

    Gotta stop posting so many long-winded articles about the Good Doctor, man ;).

    I'm not against it from a technical standpoint, but I've got to say I am from an aesthetic one. Threads already get long enough as it is with the quote pyramids, and very, very few lengthy articles are worth posting in their entirety.

    There are worse things in the world than requiring a poster to summarize some mammoth article.

    I think we could try doubling it and if it turns out to be abused excessively with pyramids and shit, we can cut it back again.

    :shrug: I think it'll lead to an awful lot more 'TLDR' posts, but if you want to waste your time, go ahead... ;)

    As someone who, many moons ago, had to cut more than 500 cms of Iran/Iraq war copy into 9 cms for the paper, I have to agree with Kyle, there's nothing wrong with expecting people to summarise...
