Remember when Subway had those cards that you put stamps on, and you'd get a stamp for every six inches of sub purchased, and a full card would get you a free 6" and two full cards was good for a free footlong? I worked at Subway during that promotion. Those stamps came in huge rolls, and there was no inventory or security on them beyond keeping them where the customers couldn't reach them. When a roll ran out, there was a fresh one under the counter, and just order another one from corporate, no questions asked. I took a few stamps every time I worked. At least enough for a free footlong, often more. A few times I just took several feet of stamps. I more or less got free food while working there, so I didn't use them, just collected them. No one cared. Other employees did it too. Hell, the managers and owners suggested filling up a few cards and keeping them around in case we were out somewhere and needed a free lunch. By the time I was fired, I had enough stamps for at least a thousand free footlongs. One day I sat sticking the stamps to cards, got bored after a hundred or so, and barely made a dent in the supply. At my next job, I gave a bunch away to coworkers, and then kept some in my car and would give them out when people asked me for them. I still had a shit ton of them when Subway discontinued the promotion and they became worthless. Anyway, pass. I've already had more free Subway than I've wanted in this lifetime.
@Steal Your Face may very well be making free Subway sammiches for whoever it is who changes their first name to Subway.
