The narrator sounds like Lou Scheimer, who did the opening narration for the old Shazam! TV series (and Filmation stuff like Jason of Star Command and Ark II). Can't be though, 'cause Scheimer's dead.

I have a soft spot for all these fan films, and the people who earnestly labor on them.
