The Pulitzer prize winner for commentary, former psychiatrist, FoxNews contributor, 68 years old, paralyzed from the neck down for the last 45 years after a diving accident has been told he has only weeks to live.

I liked him. A lot. Though he had in recent decades been more known as a conservative and right winger he said that he was personally proud when President Barack Obama was elected though he never supported him.

Despite his crippling injury in his youth he has lived a full, rich life.

Flaming in the Green Room @Dayton3?

Maybe you should head back to the Red Room. Trolling by rep clearly isn't satisfying you! :diacanu:

I never said I wouldn't use Rep or PMs in reference to the Red Room.

I find it highly interesting that I get as many comments when I'm not posting there (perhaps more even) than when I am there.

Be honest about why you would want me posting in the Red Room again.

Then what are you trying to prove?
No you don't. You've been mentioned in I think two threads since you started this little act. The Red Room is just as busy as it was and has gone on happily without you. Do whatever you were trying to prove has already been shown to be pointless.

Well, you can do what you like. I don't "want" anything. I just find this whole thing amusing because most don't care about what you're trying to prove, and those with a passing amusement are just going to mock you for it. In other words, you're just making yourself look silly again.

When did I ever claim I was trying to prove anything?

Your "Red Room is just as busy as it was" has consisted of Chad posting ten new threads a day about someone being shot somewhere in the United States which is utterly stupid.

Then why aren't you posting in the Red Room and just rep trolling in it?

Nonsense. Those threads hardly get an responses. I'm talking about the threads that do.

Krauthammer would be pleased that a thread about his terminal illness turned into another pointless Dayton-bashing thread,

Charles Krauthammer is a despicable propagandist, whatever about his personal struggles.

Disagreeing with climate change doesn't make you "anti science". Science changes constantly.

Krauthammer was a right-leaning centrist for most of his career. He was progressive on some issues (abortion, somewhat pro-science, anti-death penalty, and taxing fossil fuels more). Plus he firmly believes the evidence that Trump is a Russian colluder. 9/11 kind of broke his brain and he was a firm supporter of the Second Iraq War and preemptive self-defense, but he did remain critical of the Bush presidency from time to time.

It's a shame to see him go, but I'm glad that he will be dead because @Dayton3 liked him.

    :dayton:

By that logic, you could arbitrarily accept or reject any scientific findings that you don't like.

"Disagreeing with physics/geology/chemistry doesn't make you "anti science". Science changes constantly."

    Nope. Wrong.

You're talking to a guy who believes in a scientifically improbable magical sky being. By default he has an innate ability to park rationality and analysis at the door when it doesn't suit a chosen narrative.

Greg Guttfeld had an interesting anecdote about Charles Krauthammer.

An acquaintance of Guttfeld at FoxNews had been a fan of Krauthammer for some time and finally suggested to Guttfeld that "perhaps Krauthammer should go on Dancing with the Stars".

Guttfeld thought the guy was just being an asshole and told him that.

But it turned out that despite working at FoxNews and watching Krauthammer for years, the guy never realized that Krauthammer was in a wheelchair.

It was also noted by Jesse Waters that riding with Krauthammer in his van could be quite harrowing as Krauthammer apparently drove very aggressively to rattle his passengers.

Krauthammer was a liberal - started off in the Carter Administration, speechwriter for Mondale, etc.

Until he got educated by the results of Carter years, then Reagan; when he changed to the dark side (i.e wised up).
