    HA! First coffee was good because it gives you a little (but measurable) extra boost in your athletic performance. It helps fuel my early morning exercise sessions that's for sure!

    Then it was bad for you and we were told to limit coffee consumption to two cups a day. :dayton:
    Now it's not just okay to drink it, they are doubling down and saying you can drink insane amounts. :yes:

    Science needs to "shit or get off the pot" :lol: (see what I did there?) when it comes to coffee studies.
