no, not the "funny bone" like Bozo has in his pants - I mean my actual on my elbow funny bone. The spot that makes you want to go on a stabbing spree because it feels so god-awful disturbingly weird and painful.

Well for some reason recently I don't have to smack my funny bone - just resting it on my desk or barely bumping it against my steering wheel sends pain radiating up my arm! :weep:

But it's only my left arm funny bone that is hyper-sensitive. Anyone here ever experience this before?

Could be tendonitis, do you do a lot of work with your hands?

light work with hand tools but not at a fast or hard pace. Much of my day is on my computer because the gub'mint loves their paperwork! :brood: But I only type with my right hand pretty much using one finger.
So why my left funny bone/elbow would be the one to have a problem doesn't make sense.

Sounds like a nerve pinch or swelling. You might try some OTC medications and tell your doctor. It could be age or use that is causing it. I think cortisone shots might take care of some of that issue if it is ageing. The funny bone is a nerve exposure from what I understand. Perhaps inflammation or something else has it moving around. In OTC medication you should look for things that are anti inflammatory.
