Anyone watching/watched the new Jack Ryan series on Prime?

I binged it the last couple nights. Good stuff.

Don't want to spoil anything needlessly so will wait until there are others who have seen it and then discuss behind tags.

    Saw it. Liked it.

Saw in Publix that they've re-released The Hunt For Red October to coincide with this show. It has the new Jack Ryan on the cover. Seems old Jack there took an age reversing pill. If we go by Red Octobers timeline Jack should be in his sixties.

You're talking about the new Admiral James Greer (originally played by James Earl Jones) being a Muslim convert?

Saw it. Would have been funnier with Dwight in the lead role.

Finally got around to watching this.

    Overall I enjoy it.

I like how they kept a lot of the same details and background from the novels, but updated them so they're a little different.

One and a half episodes into S2 and it seems pretty good as well.

Finished it. I think I liked S2 a little more than S1. Probably because it reminded me of Clear and Present Danger, my favorite Clancy novel until Without Remorse.

The only thing I didn't really care for was

I like season one a little better. Season one was more focused. Season two was kinda scattered about.

The one part of season two that really irked me was the

Also Jack has no ability to follow orders.
