The usual suspects will wave their hand and say,"nothing to see here" any moment now.
There was a guy at Toronto University throwing shit and piss all over people last week, 3 separate incidents I think - they caught him though
Drive by pooings are the worst
"It was diarrhea. I was soaked, and it was coming off my eyelashes and into my eyes," Van Tassel said. "Paramedics who came to treat me said there was so much of it on me, that it looked like the man was saving it up for a month."
I HATE when that happens! Okay unless it's on a Monday I guess - Mondays suck anyway, so it might as well be then versus on a Friday, right?
I'll be dipped in shit. Yet shit happens, still that's a load of shit, and sounds like someone lost their shit. But at the time, the guy wasn't full of shit. And no one can say he didn't give a shit. Still some folks needs to wake up and smell the shit before they're in deep shit. The best advice for her would have been to not take shit from anyone, or give shit to anyone. But when shit hits the fan, you've got to get your shit together.
Wake me when California elects the shit-thrower to the state legislature ... then this thread will be equivalent to the one it's parodying.
How do you save up a month of diarrhoea without it going dry?
You'd have to either keep it hydrated by adding fluids regularly or freeze then defrost it.
Much more likely he had a whip around with his mates and it was several homeless guys' poop she was wearing.
If he had collected it for that long there would have been extra maggots and harmful bacteria in it. If he was actually able to eat a lot of rotten food he could have been a really good poop machine and made a decent load himself. I don't think there needed to be more homeless, but I can't say there wasn't.
A person like that needs to be not around others.
What exactly is there to see here? Crazy homeless guy flinging shit around? Welcome to the big city, pal.
I wonder which flyover state the homeless man came from.
Did he have a problem with this particular woman, or was it just a random assault?
And, shouldn't it be more than battery? People's shit HAS to constitute a bio-hazard.
Nah, it was just the worst attempted seduction ever, he misread the phrase "hit on her"
California is on the verge of setting up this:
California's pending crackdown on homeless crisis
LIBERAL CALIFORNIA's PENDING HOMELESS CRACKDOWN — State officials are considering aggressive tactics to deal with the escalating crisis of people with mental and physical illnesses living on the streets, POLITICO's Victoria Colliver reports.
One possible approach: Pursuing involuntary commitment. A new state law authored by Weiner makes it easier for three counties to “conserve” — or take guardianship over — homeless people with several mental illness or substance use disorders who bounce in and out of short-term psychiatric commitments. And California voters could weigh in next year on a proposed ballot measure that would sentence homeless offenders to treatment instead of jail time.
I’d murder a bum, for that shit.
Maybe they will put him in with R kelley and they can be happily jail married?
Police have released a photo of the perpetrator.
Are you under some assumption that this is normal behavior? Because it isn't.
Wake me when California gets its shit together and the poo epidemic has been contained.
him and chair girl are having a kid...
It apparently did.
In a bucket.
Are you under some assumption that mentally deranged people who live on the street and shit in a bucket give a fuck about what is considered normal behavior? Because they don't.
Would be great if you had somewhere for them all to go and get help.
we have places, but quite often you can't send them there involuntarily. It's possible, but the burden of proof is on the state that they are 100 percent bonkers and a threat to themselves or society, otherwise you violate their civil rights. This ensures that we can't throw people willy-nilly into the nuthouse when they don't belong there. Agree though that we should increase funding for the mental health facilities that we do have.
The state taking away someones' rights for their own good is always going to be very tricky ground legally and morally. Somehow I'm not surprised you guys err very much on the side of caution and frankly it's an area where I'm willing to concede none of us get it right.
There are parts of the Mental Health Act I can quote chapter and verse but it's far from perfect and always will be.
One psycho does not equal an "epidemic," Dinner.
No. I was referring to the fact that you pretty much dismissed it as business as usual. It isnt. California is the only place I can think of that has a poop patrol or makes the news on a regular basis for this type of thing.
Have you ever been to California? I doubt it. It's a very large state with a whole variety of cities and neighborhoods good and bad. The media, of course, chooses to hyperfocus on the bad. What else is news?
I've lived here for almost 20 years. The only poop I've seen comes from lazy-ass yuppies who can't be bothered picking up after their dogs. One of them actually used to walk her dog back and forth on my lawn until it did what it had to do, then sashayed off. I got on my bike and followed her home. Never said a word; never even got within 10 feet of her, just let her know I knew where she lived and could bring a fine down on her head if she did it again. She never walked her dog on my block again.
I notice you've never mentioned where you live. An absolute paradise, no doubt.
Yeah I can't say that I've ever encountered human feces while just walking around a city. I was in SF a month or two ago at a festival, and even then, not a drop of poo.
There's probably more to this story. Who saves up a months worth of diarrhea? And why wouldn't it take up more than one bucket? A weeks worth of poo has got to be several pounds. A months worth of poo could probably fill several buckets.
Here’s your answer @14thDoctor one of the usual suspects.
Separate names with a comma.
