I think it was Napoleon who said "the mental is to the physical as three is to one". And we know that a persons mental state can have real world physical effects. For example mental stress can raise blood pressure or even cause or worsen ulcers.

Science is not "the eye of the beholder," no matter what climate-change deniers believe.

And what Napolean actually said was "In war, moral power is to physical as three parts out of four."

The question needs to be reframed, it makes no sense.

You asserted that you can't think of any situation where something unconstitutional is the right thing to do.

Has that been the case for the past two and a bit centuries of your constitution's existence? If not, when did it become the case?

No it has not always been the case. For instance, it would have been unconstitutional in the past to Harbor a fugitive slave, but it would have been the right thing to do. It became the case in the modern era, the past fifty years or so. That’s not to say that it’s perfect, there are changes I’d make, but for the most part, yes.

As far as Gamble goes, the court got it completely wrong.

Federal fucktard is right. Harboring a slave has only recently become trendy. In the 30s and 40s you would have to give runaway slaves back.

    Three things from that:

    1) Manafort has no moral compass whatsoever if he genuinely doesn't understand that he was committing crimes.

    2) Hannity actually is a nutjob conspiracy loon and not just putting it on for the cameras

    3) Hannity just HAPPENS to reach out to Manafort via text? BS. Trump was likely using him as a back channel.

In more ways than one, but I am sure Hannity loves it when trump bursts into the dressing room with him and sticks it in while holding him firmly against the wall.

Nah, I think CC will be along first to say he trusts Barr, but then spends 20 posts claiming he didn't specifically say he trusts Barr on these decisions so somehow he isn't a useless cunt whose mother tried flushing him down the toilet as an embryo and then he was raised (as in beaten daily) by floating turds.

I doubt there will be much change either way with voters or congress. It is all a mock show for Pelosi and the dems in the house to pretend they are doing something with investigations that will never go anywhere.

It is up to the voters to get him out, and with biden putting them to sleep by being pro-segregation, thinking women should not be solely in charge of their own bodies, and supporting the war on drugs and the life destroying racist prison policies of the right I don't think he is winning the minority vote. The dude makes Hillary and her superpredator ideas look downright progressive and liberal. That is not to mention he has a problem with touching women.

I am getting used to four more years of trump.

As sequels go, this new Mueller event will fall somewhere between Caddyshack II and Highlander The Quickening.

It might even kill the franchise. Dare I speculate: could we be seeing Jaws (Mueller): The Revenge level of self-imploding sequels?
