I'm so happy these are real.
Right-ring derp machine on full throttle over Biden checking his watch at a military funeral service. Reminds me of Obama's tan suit.
In their defense the last president did not do things like show up for military funerals because those suckers got what they deserved. Why was he there showing respect to a dead military sucker to begin with? They know Biden does not have any important golfing he is missing, so why the fuck is he checking his watch? It is not like faux presidents do anything but nap, golf, and eat hamburders.
Funny, it reminds me of Obama’s limp salute.
After the transfer ceremony was over and the caskets had been removed.
Let's do it.
Do vibrators count as dildos? Does a double donger count as one or two dildos? Do Butt plugs count as dildos?
Asking these questions for a friend.
While I'm not a lawyer, I did invent Dildo Theory, so I feel I'm qualified to weigh in on what is and is not a dildo.
The wording of the law uses the term "obscene device" which is defined as: "a device including a dildo or artificial vagina, designed or marketed as useful primarily for the stimulation of human genital organs."
Vibrators are a gray area, because they're not necessarily primarily used or marketed as genital stimulators. A double-dildo is one object, so it's just one, not two. Butt plugs shouldn't count because the anus is not a genital organ.
Ok, this brings up another few questions. Does SRS count as an artificial vagina? What if I had some sort of snap in artificial vaginas I swap out? Or, what if I am a trans male with a number of different size strap ons? Or, what if I were to be a sex ed instructor who had a number of different educational artificial devices for my class? Are they actually obscene devices? If I brought in a bunch of bananas to show the class how to put a condom on, does that count as dildos? What if a woman had a number of objects that were not obscene that she used in her? What if the object is used as a dildo, but not made to be a dildo? Then, what if I only used a dildo in my butt for anal stimulation, because is it a dildo if I do not have a vagina? What if I am using a dildo just as a pointing device? What if I am the carrot top of sexual props?
There are a lot of questions my friend has.
Should we have an is it a dildo thread because this might be a long discussion.
I wouldn't think so, because a surgically-altered body part isn't really a device.
There is an exception for "bona fide medical, psychiatric, judicial, legislative, or law enforcement purpose." So, prosthetic genitals probably fall in there somewhere.
In Texas, they'd probably consider that "promotion of obscene devices," promotion being "to manufacture, issue, sell, give, provide, lend, mail, deliver, transfer, transmit, publish, distribute, circulate, disseminate, present, exhibit, or advertise, or to offer or agree to do the same." That's why there's a six item limit, more than that is assumed to be an attempt to promote.
Objectively? Probably not. In Texas, apparently.
No. Bananas are primarily food, not genital stimulators.
Improvised dildos are not actual dildos, under Texas law.
As stated previously, the anus resides outside of genital territory, but I doubt Texas sees it that way.
The "primary use" factor is probably an issue here.
