Apparently because they're "using black fuel to keep themselves warm".

It doesn't mean much, because white fuel would be paraffin, and who wants to be compared to something that sounds like a giraffe/puffin hybrid?

Wow, saw this thread the last few days but never clicked on it until now. What a fuck up!

I never had any real issues with StormRucker to be fair but it used to do my head in the amount of free passes he got not only from the staff but slso his little 'cadre'.

    Remember the cadre?

He certainly knew how to work his audience and as with most of these people probably had some element of charisma in RL to build up his following. Certainly never took him for a white supremacist although it was clear he could be a real nasty cunt. How many of us did he send the picture of cheeky monkeys ass too, that he managed to get her to send him.

It is a lesson i suppose on people dissapearing down that far right rabbit hole. Iv got a mate in RL who has went militant right wing on twitter. Quite depressing to see.....

    I blame Joss Whedon.

    That's right.

Firefly made it so a charming Southern accent could get away with all sorts as long as it came with a "just my opinion, m'aam" and a "I'm still free" disclaimer.

    Oh, no....
Well... those far right wing nuts may have taken it that way, in the same way some look at Star Trek in the same way. But if they really believe it, then they weren’t actually paying attention to the storyline and overall story. Just picked out a few one-liners and adopted it to their ideology. However, for those of us actually paying attention, Whedon was much like Roddenbury in that the storyline was adamantly anti-alt-right bs.

I'm sorry, the whut now?! O___o

Jesus tap-dancing Christ. I guess seeing that this is news to me, I can only imagine how that was swept under the rug if Vandy or someone else reported that. :jayzus:

I doubt he'll ever try to log in here again, but I 100% agree with this. If he's attracting this sort of attention where people are connecting various online haunts of his then it's only a matter of time until they come trawling through here, and at least him being banned reflects better on us.

Alternatively some of us, including those who trusted him before he showed his true colors, could just pound him into the floor.

ETA: @Marso the sucker for every alt-right blog, please be a place-holder for Storm. You're not half as bright, but you're trying soooo hard.

Agreed. Cut the ties, take the L and maybe try to salvage what's left of Wordforge to maybe not foster any more r/incels types.

Seriously, was coddling Storm or Sokar or any other asshole worth the countless other users who walked away from this place?

Naw, people have done that in the past. Self-policing and shaming doesn't work, especially for someone who was the forum's favorite pet.

It's for good reason that TNZs sends their worst alt-right rejects here. We've earned that reputation. Hell, even Troll Kingdom has cleaned up it's act in recent years, Castle's screeching notwithstanding.

Nope. Cut the cancer and pump the board full of chemo.

    Y'know what no one's mentioned?
And it's really the funniest part.

Storm isn't even the Johnny Carson of his Nazi podcast.
He's not even the Ed McMahon.
    He's the Doc Severinsen.

As much as he threw himself around here, at the end of it all, he's Doc.
    Nazi Doc.

    No.

But to be fair, most of the folks who are gone would still be gone. Every day I ask myself why I bothered to come back. I expect at some point I'll ask Shooter to lock my account again- this place is 90% poison, but it gets to be like an addiction of sorts. Sort of like drinking absinthe.

But until that day... Go Fuck Yourself. :madcookie:
