I say do it. Absolutely. The clowns in those cities have been sanctimoniously proclaiming about how great illegal immigrants are. How they are law abiding, tax paying, hard working people. More than a few claiming that they are better than native born American citizens.

And piously refusing to cooperate with ICE in deporting them.

So they want illegal immigrants in their cities. Call them on it. Send them into San Francisco and other sanctuary cities by the millions if possible. Let them soak up all the jobs and social services. Let them swamp their local law enforcement. Make them squeal.

Show the stupid bastards for the hypocrites they are.

    I agree.

Send everyone to the sanctuary cities and states. You want to protect them? Well have at it than.....

Oh boy has Trump got those white liberals in a tizzy over this and it looks awesome on TV. They want to be sanctuary but not actually do anything at the same time. The campaign ads will be great.

It's just posturing, but I wish it wasn't. He should do it (but he won't). Let them handle it, and forbid ICE from setting foot in the cities. Let's see how they deal with it.

So far on Facebook, I've seen a lot of Trumpsters proclaiming that lefties will lose their shit, but not a whole lot of that actually happening.

Meanwhile, the Trumpsters are doing their best to ignore the fact that it was his own Department of Homeland Security that objected to the idea.

Nevermind that the policies of so-called "sanctuary cities" are to protect people already established in the community, not outside randos.

And as there's no way to ensure that the migrants won't float elsewhere in the US to Republican controlled areas, it's obviously a bluff and a troll.

The claim it is for "protecting" people in the community but that is a transparent lie. Sanctuary laws only help criminals who commit new nonimmigration offenses. That is it. That is the only people it helps. Violent criminals who commit new crimes here in America which liberals then block federal law enforcement from deporting. Even Obama supportrd deporting criminals.

In reality so called sanctuary laws are about votes. Specifically, the Democrats desire for more and more nonwhote voters as that is who mostly votes for them. I reallyndon't enjoy racist little reindeer games like this but that is what the Democratic Party has degenerated into.

Yet more proof of racism for the people who are cheering for this. If living around Mexicans and Hispanics does not bother you, as it does not for non racists, this is not going to make them flip out. For people like @Dayton3 , @Dinner , @Marso , and @oldfella1962 having Hispanic people around makes them all angry and it is considered a punishment to have more around. Nice attitude guys, but I see Hispanic people every single day and it does not bother me.

I would like to point out in the agricultural states under paid migrant workers are biased in to pick crops so no matter where these people get dropped they will be brought to GA and Arkansas to do the things you and your lazy offspring won't do because of bone spurs or whatever excuse white people give to not work hard anymore.

Oh, and get going with my picture marso. I know you won't have any decent response you racist waste of a cumshot.

Well, he already got what he wanted out of it, one glance at the blue checkmark section of twitter and all those "journalists" beating the open borders drum seem to have quite the different opinion when the thought of having "them" in their own back yard pops up.

I will point out that I've lived and worked among Hispanics for years. At my first school fully one quarter of my students were Mexican. At Norphlet the father of the former cheerleader who had been in my class and gave me the hot picture of herself when she graduated was from Puerto Rico and one of the wealthiest and most successful men in the community. A great guy too.

Are we still ignoring the fact that it was Trump's own DHS that told him not to do it?

Meanwhile, here's Seattle mayor Jenny Durkan:

Here’s a message to President Trump: Seattle is not afraid of immigrants and refugees. In fact, we have always welcomed people who have faced tremendous hardships around the world. Immigrants and refugees are part of Seattle’s heritage, and they will continue to make us the city of the future.

What does scare us? A president and federal government that would seek to weaponize a law enforcement agency to punish perceived political enemies. A would-be despot who thinks the rule of law does not apply to him.

... So if this president wants to send immigrants and refugees to Seattle and other welcoming cities, let me be clear: We will do what we have always done, and we will be stronger for it. And it will only strengthen our commitment to fighting for the dignity of every person.

Probably not the response Trump and his winged monkeys were hoping for ...

Trump should say good and send everyone to Freeatle than.

I'll bet Seattle goes nuts if Trump actually does it. It's one thing to talk big but once it happens you'll see people suddenly change their minds.

It would be nice if true but where have you seen this? I know here in San Diego the county is already suing the Feds saying the cost of aocial services for so many moochers is exorbitant and they want the Feds to kick in some money as it is the Feds who are allowing them in.

    Yeah but who cares?

You want to be a sanctuary? Well deal with it on your own.

Tax all those rich people some more. Well at least the rich that are still living there.

Hell you could hire one to type for you so you won't make anymore spelling mistakes. :ramen:

May I make a gentle suggestion that your constant referencing a child whom you accepted a "hot picture" off isn't painting you in an entirely positive light?

Anyway, as for the sanctuary cities I'm not sure they actually set out or propose to individually solve all the world's migration problems in one fell swoop. It's very unlikely anyone there, be they citizen or civil authority, is oblivious to the limits of their own capacity.

I'm happy to give money to a homeless person, I'm not happy to take total personal responsibility for every single homeless person I encounter ad infinitum.

bone spurs? You're white...is that your excuse for not working hard? BTW I am not at all angry about having hispanics around - please give an example of where I ever expressed such a sentiment. I just think if your city thinks it's above federal law and wants to enable immigrants to circumvent federal laws (and your are proud of it!) then why half ass it? Flood those cities with even more immigrants and see if your walk matches your talk!

That said Trump's idea is just that - an idea to prove a point and stir up trouble. It won't come to fruition.

The President of the United States is not supposed to stir up trouble. He is supposed to take care that the laws are faithfully executed.

To say nothing of making a bad situation worse, disrupting thousands of lives, and increasing the suffering of some truly needy people, all to score points against political enemies. :jayzus:

The county isn't a sactuary district though the stupid state level law written by a racist "La Raza" (meaning "The Race") supremacist does effect them. The city, sadly, also did pass a let the criminals loose in your neighborhood "sanctuary" law though. It is the county which is suing.

Trump: "We're gonna send migrants and refugees to sanctuary cities! So there!"

The Right: "Oh my god, the left is gonna lose their minds!"

Trump's DHS: "No, sir, that's not a good idea."

The Right (jumping up and down with glee): "Ohmigod, ohmigod, ohmigod, the left is gonna lose it!"

Sanctuary Cities: "Sure, we'll take refugees. But stop using human beings as political pawns, you disgusting piece of trash."

The Right (jumping, pointing excitedly, and beginning to wet their pants): "Oh my goddddd, they're losing it, they're losing it, they're losing it!"

The Left: "Huh? No, we're not. Look at what the mayor just said."

The Right: "Well, you will be soon! I know it I know it I know it!"

It's amazing the way not one of our left leaning posters seems to actually be "losing it" at all, but the irony of the hyperbole employed about this bit of silliness is....educational.

I really don't understand why Trump thinks this is a threat. I live in a sanctuary state, and I would more than welcome an influx of people to help contribute to the economy with their labor and spending money in our economy.

Only the racists see this as some sort of threat.

That is your lord and master's excuse for not entering the military and working hard so do remember those are the excuses for working hard that you endorse in white people. You elected that person to be president after having a fake condition, and after insulting POW's and the military.
You reposted this punishment for sanctuary cities to have Hispanics sent to them and inferred it would serve them right and be some form of punishment. So please do explain how that is not insulting Hispanic people and saying having to deal with them is some sort of negative. If they are not negative then why is it a punishment to have them sent to sanctuary cities?
Actually, I do think it would be a positive thing myself to drop them off in a place that was voting to help establish them and trying to make them part of the community rather than throwing them to the wolves myself. I don't find your inuendo that having Hispanic people around would serve those sanctuary cities right or be some form of negative.
So you admit that your side wanted to say Hispanics would bring trouble to sanctuary cities.

    You admit your racism.

I am a little pissed at the so called "progressive" and "liberal" press that they have reacted like this is some sort of horrible thing. It is a sort of backhanded insult. Bring the Hispanics. The only negative I see with it is that it allows whitey to live in a bubble where he can pretend Hispanic people are not hard working decent members of society. Then again when the poor hard working people go to the racist area like @oldfella1962 GA or @Dayton3 Arkansas they face harassment and Dayton drooling like an animal and trying to jerk off on their legs because he only has stumps.
